THE FUNDAMENTALS OF ACADEMIC READING
While learning reading, I discovered a lot of challenging topics. For instance Root and Affixes, Contextual Clues and many more. However, it was exciting to learn because I have never heard of them before. Even though they are often used in daily lives, I didn't know the names. So through reading, I found out about them, and it makes it easier for me to search on the respective topics. Through reading, I also learned how to use dictionary and discourse markers correctly. Everything needs proper guidance and Sir Afiq was very helpful when he taught us.
Our last class with Sir Afiq :(( He was friendly and admirable the whole semester. He joked around a lot too and that definitely lighten up the mood in our class! His way of teaching and explaining things to us was also easy to understand. When someone asked him to repeat things because they didn't understand, he patiently explained the same things to us. He was indeed a great lecturer!
